Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Domestic Shipping (PK)

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over PKR 5000. For orders under PKR 5000, a flat rate of PKR 500 applies. Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: PKR 1500 flat rate. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: PKR 3000 flat rate. Estimated delivery next business day (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM).

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return
